What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the ability to access the subconscious mind to enable positive change. Hypnotherapy follows the belief that your subconscious mind influences your thoughts, behaviours, phobias and habits.

With the aid of a Hypnotherapist, you will enter a meditative state in which your subconscious will be open to accepting new ways of thinking, allowing positive suggestions to support change. These beneficial changes are agreed with your therapist prior to session.

It is important to note, during a Hypnotherapy treatment that you are in complete control at all times, we do not have the power to control you or influence you in any ways you do not wish to be.
